Refund policy

At Niku comics we do not accept cancellations or refunds. However there are a few exceptions when we will consider the same as mentioned below

1) The order has been damaged during shipping. If the box has been damaged upon receiving we request you to contact us immediately with pictures of the box and the damage caused to the book along with your Order id. We will immediately process a refund to your account within 2-3 days.

2) If you have received a different product instead of the book ordered by you, we will take immediate steps to make sure you receive the ordered book within 6-7 days. If there is further delay we will immediately refund the order within 2-3 days.

3) If your shipment is lost in transit we request you to reach out to our team immediately. We will work on identifying the shipment within 5-6 days. In case of failure to locate shipment we will cancel the order and refund the full amount within 2-3 days.
