Comic Synopsis

THE VERDICT IS DEATH! Daredevil interrupts a gang of men who are waiting, after dark, at Nelson Murdock, looking for the blind lawyer.    Scaring them off, Daredevil races home, anticipating the gang's arrival at Matt's apartment.  There, the thugs tell Matt that he is required to represent a client in court.Matt is then flown to the Owl's Aerie where he learns that he is to represent the Judge that previously convicted the Owl (after Daredevil 3) in a trial, set up seemingly for the Owl's own amusement.  The jury for this court is made up purely of ex-convicts.Barely has Matt begun his defence, when the Owl, as judge, passes the sentence of death on the Judge.  However, enjoying being in control of the trial, he rescinds and lets Matt mount a proper defence.  Matt persuades the Owl to allow him to bring a witness forward for questioning, the Owl giving the proviso that Matt must find the witness on the island.Matt takes the opportunity to leave the 'court room' and return as Daredevil.  The villains gathered attack the man without fear and, despite a spirited fight, Daredevil is thwarted when the Owl releases a sack of pool balls at his feet and then traps him in one of his hanging cages.  The Owl tells Daredevil that he is sentenced to death!

FAQs

1) COMIC PACKAGING

SINGLE ISSUES - All our single issues are packed in plastic bags and boarded with covers. The boards will prevent any new stress lines or damages to the corners of the book.

GRADED COMICS – Each graded comic is vacuum sealed inside a plastic case by CGC. We will add a plastic cover to protect the case.

2) HOW WILL I KNOW THE AUTHENTICITY OF CGC GRADED COMICS

All CGC graded comics are certified from CGC and carry a certification number that is unique to that particular book. The certification number can be looked upon in CGC official website (www.cgccomics.com) for verification where all details regarding the book and grade with detailed pictures are available for verification.

3) HOW ARE SINGLE ISSUES GRADED

For single issues, we carefully inspect each comic and provide an honest estimate based on industry standards. Grading is an inherently subjective process and there will always be small differences in opinion. Even professional grading services like CGC and CBCS acknowledge that the same book may not always receive the same grade if it is submitted for grading more than once.

4) ARE THE PHOTOS OF THE ACTUAL COMIC

Yes all images are of the book itself and not placeholder images.
